• process, manufacture and deliver your order;
• generate the personalized preview of your frame;
• ensure the secure payment of your order;

• comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data is based on the performance of the sales contract (processing and delivery of your order), compliance with our legal obligations (accounting, VAT), and our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and proper functioning of the site.

Data relating to your order (including the uploaded photo) is kept for as long as necessary for production, delivery and after-sales service, then archived for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations (10 years in Belgium for commercial documents). You may, however, request early deletion of your photo once the order has been delivered by contacting us.
